Privacy Policy
This notice describes how ResolveWay uses website information and provider-connection records. The website is intended for United States consumers.
Information processed by the website
The application uses first-party visitor and session identifiers to maintain a browsing context and understand page interactions. It may record landing URLs, referrers, device type, browser user agent, campaign parameters, page views, and clicks. If a visitor uses a provider-connection option, related click, offer, placement, call, conversion, and payout-attribution records may be processed for operation, reporting, fraud prevention, and reconciliation.
Cookies
First-party cookies hold opaque visitor and session identifiers. You can manage cookies through browser settings; disabling them may affect session continuity and connection features. The application configures these cookies as HttpOnly, SameSite=Lax, and Secure when HTTPS or secure-session configuration applies. Cookie expiry controls how long a browser keeps an identifier, not how long related database records are retained.
IP information and infrastructure logs
The application necessarily receives network request information while serving a request. Its visitor-tracking record stores a keyed hash derived from the IP address rather than the raw IP address. Hosting, web-server, proxy, firewall, or other security infrastructure may separately log IP addresses under the practices of those systems.
Sharing and provider connections
When you contact a provider, that provider receives the information you give it. Participating networks may return call status and attribution information to this website, linking an interaction to an offer and click identifier. The application uses these records for reporting and reconciliation. Those parties have their own practices and are responsible for their own service relationship with the visitor.
Retention
Information may be retained as reasonably necessary for the purposes described here, security, recordkeeping, dispute handling, legal obligations, and legitimate operations. Cookie expiration does not automatically delete related website records.
Privacy questions and requests
Privacy rights vary by jurisdiction and may apply depending on the circumstances. To ask a privacy question or submit a request for consideration under applicable law, use the privacy contact below. Verification or additional information may be required where appropriate.
